A Free Guide for Seniors and their Families
Attorneys David A. Ward and Richard L. Webb, Jr. have written a book full of local information on assisted living, nursing homes, and other services for Seniors and caregivers. This book is intended to help Seniors maintain their independence at home, to assist them in housing transitions, and generally to encourage them to preserve assets and put affairs in order. It may be downloaded from our website, so it is readily available to those who live a good distance from their elders in our region.
Free Wills for Young Families
Helping Young Families Protect Children
This is a free program for parents with young children who cannot afford comprehensive estate planning. It is an opportunity to make a simple New Hampshire or Vermont Will with provisions to protect minor children. The program is given on the last Tuesday of each month at 3:00 P.M. Advance appointments are required.
