Our Story

Ward Legal Group PC serves the legal needs of clients throughout Vermont and New Hampshire for planning and settling estates, and for elder law. It is the only work we do. We are experienced local professionals. We also are Members of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and of WealthCounsel, a national estate planning organization for attorneys.

The firm was founded by David A. Ward in 1979 and was originally known as The Law Offices of David A. Ward.  Attorney Ward grew up in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire and is a graduate of Clark University and Rutgers University School of Law – Camden.  In 1987 David was joined in practice by Attorney Richard L. Webb, Jr., and in 1988 the firm became known as Ward & Webb, PC.  Richard retired from the practice of law in 2011, and the firm is now known as Ward Legal Group PC.
